For 25 years South County Housing has been building community and providing low-income families the tools and opportunities to improve their lives and their neighborhoods.

South County Housing along with our affiliates, South County Property Management and South County Community Builders combine to provide a comprehensive approach to develop, build and manage affordable homes and apartments, and provide critical neighborhood services.

We've provided quality, affordable housing for thousands of low-income families; more than 2,000 households in four counties! 

We've developed successful programs that allow very-low income families to own attractive, well-built homes in an area where housing prices are among the nation’s highest.

And we roll up our sleeves and stay involved. We invest in the long-term success of our communities by providing critical, life-enhancing resources for children and adults. They include health education, computer classes, meals for seniors, after-school programs for at-risk kids, and tutoring programs. We are proud to be part of the fabric of the communities we serve.
