2004 marked South County Housing's 25th Anniversary, an opportunity to reflect on our first quarter century of building community.
South County Housing (SCH) has provided quality, affordable housing for over two thousand low-income families in four counties. SCH has ensured that the housing will remain affordable long into the future. SCH has developed successful programs that allow very-low income families to own attractive, well-built homes in an area where housing prices are among the nation's highest
However, the strongest measure of our success is reflected in the positive changes made in the lives of the families we serve. SCH is committed to providing low-income families the tools and opportunities to improve their lives and their neighborhoods.
