The non-profit South County Property Management Corporation operates just like a for-profit property management company. But at SCPMC, we focus on the well-being and success of our residents, both individuals and families. We approach our mission from a "Community Building" perspective and with compassion for the person. In other words, we don't just rent living space, we roll our sleeves up and actively help residents, whether it's teaching them how to save for a home of their own, making affordable child care available, creating Neighborhood Watch programs or providing mentoring and tutoring help for children.

Everything we do, from finances to maintenance and tenant and community relations, revolves around our residents' needs and well-being. SCPMC'S objectives are to provide affordable housing and ensure our tenants receive the tools to improve the quality of their lives.
